The boob tape arrived in a sealed package. Everything was clean and professional. There was no instructions in the package. I went to the website to learn how to use the product. There are two covers in the package which were nice to have. It's important to use spaghetti straps for summer dresses or tops. It's convenient to use in the hot weather. It is a good purchase.
I bought this tape for my wedding because I had a dress. I didn't try to hold anything up with it, but I think it would do well if it needed to lift the girls. The tape was in place for seven hours. I didn't know that I was wearing it. If you had room to tape on your upper chest as well, I think it would work well. I didn't recommend skipping it because it came with nipple covers and I felt like a huge bandaid was being removed. It went away very quickly.
