WHEN MY WILL ORDER BE SHIPPED HOW DELIVERY WORK?
Our dedicated team will take approximately 24-48 business hours (Monday to Friday) to prepare your LylyJay order. After that, your order will be certified according to European standards to ensure its quality. Finally, it will be carefully packaged and shipped by us! This last step usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive an email from us to confirm that your order has been shipped.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Address error, product? Have you already placed your order, but want to change or cancel it? Don't worry, we're here to help. You can contact us until midnight Paris time (00:00) on the day of your order. Unfortunately, after this time, we can no longer consider any change or cancellation requests.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

You may have made a small mistake when entering your email address.You have placed an order using Apple Pay.
